Really Florida ensure the the day to day running of my home while I am away and the service has proven to ideal and is an excellent support management service. My house is always perfect when I arrive for holidays.

We use a local Management company that has 2 properties under management on high grove. Really Florida They are extremely friendly (ex pats) who ran their own UK Businesses before migrating to Florida. They used to also be owners and operate their family business just as though they were the owners. So they know a trick or two about running successful businesses from a service perspective.

Jeff and Wendy Read are the owners, they are actually what we regard as personal friends, nothing is too much trouble – and our guests actually comment on how good they are. The pool guy is first rate – and takes the condition of the pools personally. All maintenance is either done by, or overseen by Jeff, Wendy runs the office, and their eldest daughter (Jonelle) does real estate and sales. Their book keeper is actually their daughters other half from the UK too!! So it really is a family business.

I cant say anything bad about Wendy and Jeff – and that’s the truth – when we are over, they always try to come over and say hello, so they take it personally – including manning the out of hours calls.

And above all – they are extremely professional. – its never going to be the cheapest – but it is the one thing we have never had any complaints about – from ourselves, family or friends – and trust me – we are very fussy….. but you get great value for money.

Stayed here for Disney vacation in February. Excellent home - very clean, comfortable, and has heated pool. Furthermore, excellent location - 10 minutes to the Disney parks (with no traffic). Also great for kids - they have booster seat and childproofing. Only advice I would give is for folks to bring the basics as previous guests do not leave too much. Exceeded expectations and would recommend or visit again in a heartbeat. Management company was also very nice to deal with. This home made our vacation extra special.

Everything was excellent. Great house, very clean, very spacious, TV's in every room, just minutes from Disney Parks; definitely would stay again.

We have been with Really Florida for 4 years since they bought half of our previous management company Florida Leisure. Our home was one of the homes that went to the new company and I was dubious at first as we had been happy with Florida Leisure. However, four years later I can honestly say we were lucky to have been one of the homes taken over by Wendy and Jeff.

Our Florida home is very special to us and I need to know it, and our guests, are being looked after in our absence. I can wholeheartedly say I have complete peace of mind, knowing that Wendy and Jeff will do that for us. They are very honest and keep us informed of any problems. If we have any maintenance issues they respond quickly and keep us informed of costings etc and often send before and after photos to show us replacement parts etc.

The standard of cleaning is excellent and we have had many positive comments about this from our guests. This is very important to me as I want all our guests to enjoy high standards of cleanliness. I know Wendy often checks the homes herself and always goes with her cans of stain remover and scuff remover for any carpet stains and scuff marks.

The pool man, Don, is also excellent and maintains the pool to a high standard. He writes on a small notice board when he has been and what time it is safe for the guests to swim if he has put in a large amount of chemicals.

Our monthly bill is straightforward and has never had any unexpected charges. I like the fact that all our bills are being paid and I just have to pay their invoice monthly. All bills are given a reference number and we can check our bills if we want to when we are over there. Wendy also does the sales tax for all our own rental income every month so I know the tax is getting paid regularly.

We tend to do most of our own rentals, as we have many repeat customers now, but we also get about 6 to 8 weeks a year from Really Florida, to slot in between our own. We generally rent about 26 weeks a year in total which comfortably covers our cost.

I have had very good feed back from our guests about the courtesy and efficiency they have encountered from Wendy and Jonelle in the office and Jeff and Don for maintenance.
