All the Communities where our Orlando Vacation Homes are located are West of Disney and in the Kissimmee, Davenport and Clermont areas. All Kissimmee Vacation homes can be reached from Hwy 192 West. All Davenport Vacation Homes can be reached by Hwy 27 South and all Clermont Vacation homes can be reached by Hwy 27 North. All our Orlando Vacation Homes are within 10-15 minutes drive to the entrance to Disney.
Most of our Orlando Vacation Homes also have great access to the I4 which will take you to Universal, SeaWorld, The Beaches on both coasts and all local attractions.

Clear Creek Sub Division sits behind the Woodridge sub division on US 27. It is ideally located with restaurants and shops all nearby. Located less than 9 miles from Disney yet away from all of the busy areas Clear Creek can offer you a peaceful yet eventful vacation.

Lake Wilson Preserve is a peaceful subdivision in Davenport. It's located in the increasingly popular area of Champions Gate and Reunion. The home is just of Hwy 532 near Old Lake Wilson Rd and Ronald Reagan Rd.

Sunset Lakes is one of the better known Sub Divisions here in Central Florida, it is a gated community right in the heart of everything Central Florida has to offer. Located on the US 192 Sunset Lakes is ideally located, less than 8 miles from Disney but on a quiet road off the 192.

Lindfields is located directly off the US 192 it has many different "villages" within, each different area has a different style of house all of which are well looked after and presented. Ideally located less than 8 miles from Disney and minutes away from the thriving US 192.

High Grove is a popular subdivision on Hwy 27. Visitors recommend this community because of it's proximity to Hwy 192 and all the attractions. It is a Gated Community with a community centre including a Gym, Games Room, Internet Access and Swimming Pool. This community is also within walking distance to a new Irish bar.

Orange Tree is a lovely, peaceful community located on Hwy 27, North of Hwy 192. This area is quieter but still within very easy reach of the Attractions. The community is well looked after and offers Football and Basketball courts. Some homes on this community also have conservation outlooks depending on their location.

Hillcrest is located off Hwy 27 and is close to Disney and all major attractions. It also has a back route onto Hwy 192 which can make your journey to the attractions a little quicker.

Legacy Park is a large community off Hwy 27 with smaller, peaceful subdivisions. Both homes on this community are in The Retreat which is at the back of the community and can have some lovely conservation views depending on the location of the property. This community has easy access to both Hwy 192 and I4.

Tuscan Hills is a new Community on Hwy 27. It is a Gated community with excellent facillities. It has a Community Centre with Gym, Games Room and Lounge with Internet Access. It has a Playground, Tennis and Volleyball Courts. The Community is close to Shops/Restaurants and only a few minutes drive to the entrance of Disney.

Florida Pines is located on Hwy 27, South of Hwy 192. It has good access to the I4 which will take you to all attractions and beaches. There is also a selection of shops and restaurants on Hwy 27 close to this community.

Calabay Parc is located on the US 27 and is easily accessible from both the I4 and the US 192. It is a popular destination for vacationers and is close to Posner Park an all new shopping facility and is under 9 miles away from Walt Disney World

Westridge is on Hwy 27 and is split up into smaller Sub-Divisions. The Manors South, where our homes are located is a peaceful Gated Sub-Division and shares a Community pool and Recreational Centre. This home is close to Restaurants/Shops and a short drive to Disney and other attractions.

Highlands Reserve is a popular community as it is one of the few Golfing communities that allows short term rental. It's a Large Sub-Division with some great views from perticular homes. It's juts off Hwy 27 and is very close/within walking distance to Berry Town Centre which hosts a number of Restaurants/Bars and Shops.

Tuscan Ridge is becoming an increasingly popular community due to it's well looked after homes. It is South on Hwy 27 and is close to I4. It has a Children's Playground and Tennis Courts and is only a short drive to Disney.

Indian Ridge is located off Formosa Gardens Blvd, which is back off Hwy 192. This is a great location in Kissimmee, close to Disney and other attractions. This community has a traditional feel and is close to a host of Restaurants/Shops at the Formosa Gardens Village.

Windsor Palms is a popular Gated Community located in Kissimmee, just off Formosa Gardens Blvd. It has great Community Facillities including a Manned Entrance, Pool, Gym, Games Room, Cinema Room, Mini-Mart and More. It's close to Formosa Gardens Village and the entrance to Disney.

Windwood Bay is located off Ronald Reagan Pkwy which is close to the popular and increasing Reunion with great access to I4. This will take you to all local attractions and the beaches. The community is peaceful and well maintained.

Emerald Island is a Gated community just off Hwy 192. The main entrance to Disney is direclty off Hwy 192 aswell as all major restaurants and shops. The Community itself has great facillities including a recreational centre and has a manned entrance for extra security.

Indian Creek is located just off Formosa Gardends Blvd which is just behind Hwy 192. There are a number of Restaurants and Shops at Formosa Garden Village which is just a few minutes from this community. All local attractions are a short distance away as this home is located in Kissimmee.
