Home 148 is a lovely 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with its own private screened pool. This home is located in Hillcrest; a peaceful subdivision situated approximately 12 minutes from the Walt Disney World entrance and is conveniently located for the other attractions and theme parks. Located off Hwy 27 it has great access to a host of restaurants and supermarkets.

This home has a maximum sleeping capacity of 10. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, TV, walk in closet and en-suite, which has a large walk in shower, toilet and sink. The master bathroom also offers access to and from the pool area for added convenience. The 2nd bedroom also has a queen size bed. There are a further two bedrooms both have twin beds in each. These rooms share a full bathroom with a Tub/Shower, toilet and sink. The private pool are has ample sun loungers and chairs and a partially covered lanai for shade.

The lounge has two full size sofas one of which converts into a sleeper/sofa and will sleep two people. There is pool access from the lounge area and a TV/DVD offering Fios/TV and Internet Access. Beautifully furnished there is a seperate dinning area and kitchen fully equiped for your stay, with microwave, refrigerator-freezer, range, washer, drier, towels, linens etc. There is a Breakfast bar with seating for three. The garage has been converted into a games room with a Pool Table, Air Hockey and Foosball Table for added entertainment.

There is also a BBQ, Full size crib, Stroller and Highchair for your use.

This is a non-smoking and pet- free home. The owner of this property may refuse any booking without reason. Really Florida Vacation Homes is not responsible if this occurs but we will do our best to accomodate you in a similar home.
