Home 101 is an executive classification, luxurious, 5-bedroom,3.5 bathroom, 2-story home with its own private screened pool and Jacuzzi. It's on a corner plot and has a lanai around the pool area for shade.

This home is located at High Grove; a peaceful gated subdivision situated approximately 10 minutes from Walt Disney World entrance and is conveniently located for the other attractions. The home is within walking distance to local restaurants and the community has some great facillities available for your use.

Beautifully furnished there is ample kitchen equipment, microwave, refrigerator-freezer, range, towels, linens washer, drier etc. There are two lounge areas, one is to the front of the house and looks onto the formal dining area. The other living area has a large TV and DVD. The Dining room and Living area both have direct access to the pool. There is a downstairs bathroom and laundry room near the garage. The Garage has a Table Tennis Table for your use during your stay.

This home has a maximum sleeping capacity of 10. All Bedrooms are upstairs and the master bedroom has a king-size bed with TV. The 2nd bedroom has a queen-size bed and the 3rd bedroom has a queen-size bed and TV. Both these bedrooms share a family bathroom. The 4th and 5th bedrooms both have two twin beds in each. One has a Disney theme and both bedrooms share a full family bathroom.

This is a non-smoking and pet- free home. The owner of this property may refuse any booking without reason. Really Florida Vacation Homes is not responsible if this occurs but we will do our best to accomodate you in a similar home.
